For teachers and parents
Everything a faculty advisor or a parent needs to know about BratMUN 2026: how to register a school delegation, who looks after students, and what the fee covers.
Gather a group of 5 to 15 students from your school. Each delegation needs a faculty advisor, who is the main contact person and takes responsibility for the group.
Apply as a delegation on the BratMUN 2026 page on MyMUN. Applications for head delegates and faculty advisors close on 20 November 2026.
When your delegation has its assignments, we send payment instructions by email. The delegation fee and the delegate fees (€80 per delegate) are paid by bank transfer.
Three days of debate, negotiation and new friendships, 27–29 November 2026.

Students attend with their school delegation. The delegation's faculty advisor, a teacher from the school, is responsible for their students, including at the evening social event.
If your child is applying without a school delegation, write to us before the conference with any questions.
Participants under 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Photos and videos taken at the conference may be used to promote BratMUN; you can opt out in writing before the conference starts.
Meals during the three days are included in the fee. Accommodation is not provided, but we help delegations find it. Venues and the detailed schedule are shared with participants on MyMUN before the conference.
